Undamaged and pristine double terminated sherry colored Utah Topaz.  Somewhat rhyolite included on half of the crystal but faces are still lustrous.  A 4mm black lustrous sharp cubic crystal of the rarer species Bixbyite is aesthetically perched on one end.  A cluster of three Bixbyite cubic crystals is attached to the other termination.  The gemmy termination has an internal flaw which does not show on the faces and is not the more typical flat basal cleavage flaw.  Also this crystal is unique and odd in that the bottom half is actually a little wider on the one edge.  This is not a healed fracture but irregular growth from the included rhyolite.  All faces are aligned  as seen by the reflective light off the faces.  Number is only attached with min tack and can be easily removed.  

Here in a monster 6 cm Utah Topaz.  Undamaged double terminated sherry colored Utah Topaz.  Somewhat rhyolite included in the center of the secondary crystals and the bottom third of the large crystal is totally included and whitish grey.  There are a few small minor pseudomorphs of hematite after garnet and also a few small platey Hematite crystals on the Topaz.  There are also a few internal basal cleavage lines that can just barely be seen on the faces with a 10 x loop.  There are also two questionable possibly repairs.  The size makes this indeed a rare and remarkable Utah Topaz.

Here is a monster just .1 cm under 6 cm and it is undamaged, pristine, and a double terminated sherry colored Utah Topaz.  It has two 4 cm double terminated forming an X across the main crystals center. Only the tips on one side of the crystals are gemmy.  The faces are lustrous and the crystals look like they have a frothing blubbly included mass which is not like the more typical rhyolite sandy inclusions.  There are many many pseudomorphs of Hematite after Garnet attached to the crystal.  Unique and interestingly a few of the pseudomorphs are completely included within the Topaz and a few are half included.  The included parts do not appear to be pseudomorphed since they (the garnets) are larger and sharper the the outside part.  Great example and an unique example of an Utah Topaz.

Undamaged and pristine terminated Utah Topaz with a cluster of terminated gemmy stubby crystals at the base.  The main crystal has some of the fine grained clay like inclusions.  Sometimes crystals are completely grey of opaque from this type of inclusion. Here is a fine minuature sized specimen.    Attached to plastic block stand with white min tack.

Here is a gemmy double terminated thumbnail mounted in a perky box.

 

 The small crystal on the bottom and the parallel crystal to the large main crystal have cleaved tips.  Otherwise no damage.  The cystal looks a little cloudy and also has an unusual pointed termination.

  Single terminated opaque Topaz crystal included with the fine grained clay.  It's base is cleaved.  There are also numerous Hematite/Topaz pseudomorphs after Garnet around the sides.  The faces are actually lustrous while micro pitted and not as grainy as the photo shows.

Superb undamaged double terminated lustrous Topaz thumbnail specimen.  It has a pair of rabbit eared crystals and two groups of Hematite/Topaz pseudomorphs after Garnet.  The photos do not do justice to the pseudomorphs.  The one small minor crystal on the back could probably be removed.  It has part of a cleaved surface and so could be technically damage but again it is barely attached and could probably be removed without hurting or leaving any damage.

Here is an undamaged double terminated crystal with the uncommon pointed termination.  The faces are lustrous and it has some rhyolite inclusions.  It has an internal cleavage fracture near the termination but is not a repair and does not total show on the faces.  The back is contacted with the rhyolite.
